Policies

Retail Customers: when purchasing by check, orders will not be sent out until funds are secured unless check information is e-mailed at which time funds are verified the same day online.

Credit Card Purchases: credit purchases of open edition prints will be received within 3-4 business days. Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available upon request and charged accordingly. Giclee' prints will require 7-10 business days because they are printed on demand and the special packaging needed. Shipping prices are determined by size of print and destination. Purchases of single open edition prints will be charged $6.50 for shipping. There are no shipping charges for 2 or more open edition prints.

Original Artwork: I retain all rights afforded to me by Copyright Law, including copyright, printing, distribution, and marketing of original work that I create unless I sign those rights away formally. All original work will be charged accordingly to ensure safe delivery.

Dealer Policies:

1. All customers are required to provide Gallery One with a copy of your Tax Identification Number .I must have your Tax Number on file to ship your order and qualify the standard trade discount off retail prices. Wholesale customers call me for pricing.
2. The minimum order is three prints. A $10.00 service charge will be added to all orders that do not meet the minimum requirements
